$50,000 Blackjack Tournament Points Challenge
July 1 – December 31
The top 60 players that earn the most Table Games Rewards Points between July 1st and December 31st will be invited to play in the big tournament in January for the top prize of $50,000!
In January, 2025, Tioga Downs will hold a blackjack tournament open to qualified guests. To qualify, guests will participate in a points challenge. The challenge is open to all table games players and is based on Rewards Points earned. A leader board will be on display in the casino so guests can see who the top players are based on Rewards Points earned. The top 60 players based on Rewards Points earned as of 3am on 1/1/25 will be invited to play in the tournament on a date to be determined in January, 2025. If a player in the top 60 cannot participate, the next best player based on Rewards Points earned will be invited and so on.

Pro Football Challenge

A kiosk provided by Odds On Promotions will be located in the lobby near the Tioga Rewards Players Club. Starting on September 3, 2024, players can swipe their Rewards Club cards at a kiosk up to one time every day, Tuesday through Sunday, to make their picks for the listed pro football games for that week. Picking the winner of every game presented for that week along with answering the tie breaker question constitutes as an entry. Once the games for the week have been completed, the top 10 winning entries will receive prizes as follows: 1st place – $500 cash, 2nd place – $400 cash, 3rd place – $300 cash, 4th place $200 cash, 5th place $100 cash, 6th through 10th place – $50 free play. In addition, if a contestant correctly picks 215 winners from games presented throughout the promotion using their best entry every week, they will be awarded $1,000,000.

No costumes that cover or conceal faces including paint, masks, oversized wigs or oversized headwear will be permitted on the gaming floor. Weapons or replica weapons are also forbidden on property. Tioga Downs Security has the final say on what costumes will be permitted in the facility.
Tioga Downs Casino will host a free Halloween Costume Party in the Mutuels/Stage Front area (not on the gaming floor) open to the public.
All guests will be eligible to obtain an official voting ballot by showing their Tioga Rewards card at the registration table (limit one per person). All costume contest participants will be assigned a number and guests will vote for the number of the participant they think has the best costume. At the conclusion of the event, the voting ballots will be tallied up and the person with the most votes will win first place, second most votes will get second place, etc. In the event of a tie, the two corresponding prizes will be added together and split evenly among the participants. For example, if there is a tie for first place, the first and second place prize will be added together and the two winners will split the amount evenly. Prizes will be paid out as follows:
1st Place – $300 cash
2nd Place – $200 cash
3rd Place – $100 cash
4th-10th place – $50 in free play
Once the winners have been verified, they will be awarded their prizes.
No costumes that cover or conceal faces, including makeup, paint or masks, large wigs, large head wear of any kind will be permitted on the gaming floor with the exception of face masks that cover the mouth and nose to prevent exposure to potential infectious diseases.
Weapons or replica weapons of any kind will not be permitted inside Tioga Downs.
